@AirAsiaIndia I am really disheartened while writing this. I booked flight from Mumbai to Jaipur ( I5-941) for 5th Feb in advance to be able to afford it. This flight costed me Rs 2200. Now the flight has been cancelled abruptly and the flight rates for the same date is Rs5100.

@AirAsiaIndia The compensation offered should not be limited to full refund of flight amount but they should arrange alternative options for us to reach our destinations without creating a huge hole in our pockets. booked first time @AirAsiaIndia Really sad.

@AirAsiaIndia staff only looking to #scam passengers with unnecessary charges. My brother was charged extra for not doing web check-in (and I wasn't!) We r on the same flight. This is horrible customer service!! Wouldn't want to fly with the airline again if this is what they do!

@AirAsiaIndia need compensation for last moment flight cancellation. I had to pay more than twice and book another flight and my full plan got disturbed. you charge when we cancel, please compensate and pay the difference of another ticket that I booked

@AirAsiaIndia: had booked BOM-COK flt fr 2 Feb. Just got msg it's cancelled with 2 options 1. One time free flight change upto 30 days on same sector 2.Full refund. Der aren't any AirAsia flts on same sector till 11 Feb. Other flights 3x expensive at d last moment . So pathetic

@Saha_stat @AirAsiaIndia I completely agree. Never book @AirAsiaIndia. This airline does not even have frequent flights for them to give you alternate flights

@AirAsiaIndia See my early tweets. Why u don't want to understand? It's not about the refund. Who will pay the extra money to book new tickets on that particular day? U will never change. It was my mistake to book flight in Airasia. @AirAsiaIndia

@AirAsiaIndia All the passengers are requested to post the Harrasment did by Airasia in other social media also. They should pay for it. If u will not resolve it within 10 minutes,then next tweet will be going to Honourable Minister of Civil Aviation and DGCA. Be ready for it.

@AirAsiaIndia The only option is refund. U r playing with customer money. Still, u have not resolved my issues. It's very difficult to sustain in India in future for u.

@Sumitcr42 @AirAsiaIndia Don't book next time if u dont wanna waste ur money. I have done the same mistake by booking again here.
