Had a terrible experience at Pernem Post office, took 20 mins for posting a letter, where-as the staff was either busy taking instructions on phone or offering banking services! Of course the other way to solve this problem is recruitment, but that the government will never do!

@IndiaPostOffice Postal life insurance and Banking services were started as banks had not reached rural India 50 years ago whereas Post, had large coverage. Now that banks are everywhere, it about time, banking services are moved to banks and post offices do their job of postage!
