Absolutely ridiculous, @ZeptoNow. I paid ₹70 in handling fees + GST and your delivery guy shows up with loose cans & chips, no bag. He says “the store told us to deliver it like this.
What the hell are we paying for—premium mishandling? Been 3 days no resolution till now.
