Pathetic customer service from Airtel. Escalated to the appellate authority and still no resolution. 10-year customer, completely disappointed.
If not for my active yearly plan, I would've switched already.

Still no reply or resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even after DM details were shared. Ghosting a 10-year customer is unacceptable. Worst customer care experience. @TRAI please take note. @JioCare handles customer support much better.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Deactivated my mother’s 10+ year old number for re-verification despite active ₹2250 yearly plan recharged 15 days ago. No SMS/reminder sent for re-verification, but recharge reminders are nonstop. Very disappointing. Need resolution & compensation

A loyal Airtel customer for 10+ years deserves better treatment. An active annual recharge should not become useless because Airtel failed to properly notify the customer. Need proper resolution and compensation.

If the number was so important to keep verified, why was there not even a single warning SMS or call before deactivation? Other operators like @reliancejio @JioCare repeatedly reminded users for re-verification on calls and messages.

@mr_mayank First of all, India never stopped buying russian oil .. yeah some private firms maybe reliance reduced the amount but the public firms were still purchasing .The USA is doing this just to save their image, either way we were going to buy russian oil.

@JioCare Network is not working properly..the network speed is not even crossing 50 kb/s .. @reliancejio is not providing services as they use to provide earlier..Many times we have faced such issue..
