This is regarding movement of my items which includes a glass broken during the transportation
Agents cleverly left the glass and took the money and deliver the glass in the end and then they said NoBroker provides me the claim.
Now NoBroker team not giving any response Need Help

The agents were also asking for the fake reviews of their services, they were quite unprofessional and very clever in nature. They took the money in cash and intentionally left the broken glass in their vehicles and deliver it after the payment.

I have tried to contact the NoBroker team but each time the team is saying concerned person will call me but I got no call/response/acknowledgement from anyone so far.

So finally my 5th request is also rejected by Flipkart and with no surprise this time also they haven’t provide ANY REASON for rejection and when I tried to connect with customer care they said we don’t have any resolution neither we connect you to any senior

Ordered Samsung phone from Flipkart, got the delivery with broken seal. Raised request 4 times rejected all the time with no reason. Seller(Future Mobile)is not ready to even address the issue. Please help and advise what should I do to replace/return.

If this is happening with me, it might happen with anyone. 17000 is not a joke and small money, I will approach consumer court after this and I will keep you guys posted. Pathetic service
