Saw major diversions on newly made NE-4 and
Also path holes for back massage to my spine and my car's suspension system.

Sir,
what if heavy vehicles drive at speed of 40-60 KMPH in car lane, and overtaking lane on express Highways
Experienced this while commuting on NE-1 and NE-4
this cause accident while doing overtake form left side due to slow speed of heavy vehicle in car lane.
