Yet, have we seen anything put more than a small dent in the ISA-95 standard typically represented by the Purdue Reference model?
Now admittedly, enterprise architecture has changed.
Thatโs the โdentโ I think we can attribute to IIoT tech.
So you canโt take Purdue stand-alone as a reference architecture model anymore. Fair enough ๐
Most people have solved for that by showing their reference architectures as a wheel versus a linear stack. Love it. โค๏ธ
But the ISA-95 and by proxy, MES are still standing strong and are evolving. ๐ช๐ผ
