We are having a pathetic experience with VLCC Vasant Vihar Delhi. Horrible attitude, casualness & no timely resolution. Clients are suffering due to staff politics, money is stuck, not getting refunded either.

Bought Tata Safari last year, there has been second breakdown of car already in 1.5 years. Also, if any spare part of Tata will pass the warranty period, there are 100% chances, it will get affected.

Worst experience. Bought Tata Safari in March 2022, and it’s second time that it has been broken down in the middle of the night. First time it was a clutch pipe problem, and now clutch belt problem. Plus the staff is really rude of Okhla Sab Motors.

I bought Tata Safari in March 2022. Then in June 2023, it broke down in the middle of the road while I was driving with my family.
Now yesterday it again broke down.
