Autodrivers asking extra money for dropping women home safely at night.This happened wid me yesterday when I asked the reason the driver said "raat ho gaya safely pahancha diya na woh bahut hai and took extra 20 bucks. " Don't we have the right to reach home safely atleast?

This is happening everytime and we need to mail to zomato and it gets automated reply stating we will share the feedback to the restaurant partner. There is no solution I wonder what the CSRs are doing. Due to repetitive complaints, this is triggered to write here @zomatocare

Ordered something on @zomato at 1:45 AM it got delayed to 26mins delay at 2:26 AM where the ETA was for 15 mins.I connected to the Escalation team (Tanya)she said she will compensate once it gets delivered and after delivery she ended saying your order is delivered. @deepigoyal

I have ordered a bag from meesho but I got a shoe stand instead and I placed a return request and till now order not picked up neither the customer care is helping me out. This is complete fraud @Meesho_Official #fraud #cheating
