Difference in capital expenditure under BJP's govt and Congress govt explained well by Annamalai ✅

It was 24/100 rupees under Bommai's rule & 15/100 rupees under Siddaramiah's rule now. There's a difference on 9 rupees!

Also Annamalai states that it's less than 10 rupees in TN which is not at all good
