@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor customer care experience. One agent transferred my call without greeting or consent. Another agent was unprofessional, untrained, ignored my concerns, and had poor communication in both English & Kannada. This has happened multiple times. I

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this feels like a complete mess One Airtel customer care executive says there is NO 300GB cap on Unlimited 5G while another confirms there Is a 300GB limit. Why are customers getting contradictory? Is this an Airtel 5G scam or misleading marketing?

Dear @airtelindia I was promised Unlimited 5G, but after crossing ~300GB, 5G stops completely and I’m forced to use daily 2GB only. No ₹51 unlimited 5G upgrade option like Jio. Customer care failed to resolve this. This is misleading advertising.Fix this!
