One of the Best advice I've ever heard is:
“Be so confident in Allah’s plan that you don't even get upset anymore when things don't go your way”
Allah’s plan > your plan
I thought tahajjud was about waking up and asking Allah. Then I realised I was missing something.
I used to wake up, pray a few rakʿahs and immediately pour out my list of requests.
Then I started doing something different.
Before I asked Allah for anything, I would:
Lol, they think bread staying 2 weeks without going bad is a good thing.
The number one characteristic of unhealthy food is the inability to go bad.
