It was such a peaceful movement, feel so sad that it had to take a violent turn. My heart goes out to the students and their families who were hurt. Paper leak is a very serious issue, and I am glad to know n see that the kids of our country have come together for a better educational system, and their parents supported them.
I truly appreciate the stand they have taken, showing dedication, sincerity, and keenness to study hard n make their future and a greater, educated India. This andolan, this protest, is the right way to go abt it, n the students have done this peacefully. So courageous and brave. Driven and motivated towards education, this generation will make India proud.
This issue is between the students and the educational system, it should not be hijacked politically, the credit should only go to the students of our country, and I am sure the government will also give them all the support n make it a stronger educational system. It’s a win-win situation. Hoping n praying for a positive decision. God bless all of you who wanna be educated.
Education should be the next trend and fashion, and should get trendier n more fashionable yr by yr, itna k bahar se log come to India to study and India becomes an educational hub.
Under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Smt. @mamataofficial, Bengal continues to strengthen its public healthcare ecosystem.
The inauguration of two major health infrastructure projects marks another step towards accessible and quality healthcare for all.
Once again, the much-vaunted Double-Engine governance has abjectly failed the daughters of this nation. In Saran, Bihar, a 16-year-old Class X student was gang-raped by five men and then discarded into a well to perish in agony.
@narendramodi, your proclaimed "Viksit Bihar" stands stained with the blood of our young girls, as you pat each other on the back in Delhi and Patna. A child brimming with promise met a gruesome end because women's safety remains confined to mere electoral rhetoric and placards.
Amid this outrageous incident, where are @NCWIndia and @NCPCR_? Their conspicuous silence is profoundly disturbing. @BJP4India, “Beti Bachao” cannot remain a slogan, when the daughters of this country continue to suffer such brutality.

I am pleased to announce that our government intends to constitute soon five new Cultural and Development Boards for the Munda (ST), Kora (ST), Dom (SC), Kumbhakar (OBC) and Sadgope (OBC) communities.
These communities are integral to the vibrant fabric of Bengal. My heartiest congratulations to all of them.
These boards will protect their unique languages and traditions while ensuring better education, healthcare, and jobs. They will safeguard customary rights and bring further socio-economic growth.
Since 2013, we have established many such boards for our weaker communities, ensuring their all-round development.
Our commitment to Ma, Mati, Manush means, we remain dedicated to ensuring no community is left behind. Our goal is simple: to bring a smile to every face through inclusive progress and unwavering support.
Jai Bangla!
Art met resistance today.
From the dharna stage, Smt. @mamataofficial turned to art as a form of resistance against the Bangla-birodhi forces. Her painting carrying the words “SIR” and “Vanish” expressed a bold rejection of this flawed exercise.
‘Illogical Discrepancies’ by Gyanesh Kumar!
Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is busy deleting lakhs of voters in Bengal over so-called “logical discrepancies,” allegedly at the behest of @BJP4India. Yet the same person cannot even distinguish between India’s National Anthem and National Song.
A quick fact check for the CEC:
National Anthem = “Jana Gana Mana” composed by Rabindranath Tagore and adopted as India’s National Anthem.
National Song = “Vande Mataram” composed by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay.
Those who know nothing about Bengal, its people, culture, and history should think twice before attempting to lecture it.
The Election Commission is running the SIR process in Bengal in a blatantly unconstitutional manner.
Even voters with valid documents are seeing their names deleted from the rolls and are being subjected to harassment.
Our MPs demanded a discussion in Parliament to raise the concerns of ordinary citizens whose democratic rights are under threat. However, the Union Government refused to allow any discussion on this grave issue.
In protest against this assault on democracy, our MPs staged a walkout. Several opposition parties also joined us, standing united against this blatant BJP conspiracy to tamper with voter rolls and silence the voice of the people.
In Bengal’s long tradition of thought and protest, art has always stood beside resistance.
Today, at the dharna stage, Smt. @mamataofficial picked up the brush and turned canvas into conscience, letting colour speak where injustice refuses to listen.
Under the compassionate and resolute leadership of Smt. @MamataOfficial, a new dawn of hope and dignity has blossomed for Bengal’s Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste communities.
From a historic increase in the Backward Classes Welfare budget to the Jai Johar and Taposili Bandhu pension schemes that bring security, respect, and a smile to our tribal elders, and the inspiring empowerment of tribal women through thriving Self-Help Groups, our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkaar has nurtured grassroots development that reaches every corner and every heart in Bengal.
Our commitment to the welfare of the people continues to translate policy vision into tangible development, building a Bengal where our Dalit and Adivasi brothers and sisters advance with dignity, opportunity, security, and shared prosperity.
