@MyIndusIndBank I am trying to reach out to credit card customer care from 23rd of June but due to recent changes in the IVR I'm really disappointed that I'm not able to connect to the customer service agent. I sent an email on 23rd June asking if my EMI conversion was successful
@MyIndusIndBank Day 10: Still no resolution. I tried all the mentioned steps but after pressing '0' for live representative it says that due to high call volume need to 1 for call back or I can wait and then immediately call gets disconnected!!!
@MyIndusIndBank Indusind bank is so unprofessional and you're representatives too. A person named Anand called and he hung on my face asking to call back at 3PM??? Pathetic customer care just pathetic. I regret getting the card now
@MyIndusIndBank Such a shame that it's been more than a week but still no representative have called me to resolve my issue. I should had never opted for Indusind credit card!!!!
@MyIndusIndBank write my concern and explain the issue by sharing my screen. I told him that I'm not comfortable sharing my screen and I asked him to call back tomorrow so that I'll operate from Laptop but this guy said that I can't do this from Laptop. I'm concerned that he might be a scammer
@MyIndusIndBank to live representative and on the other hand there is no response from indusind though multiple emails are sent. Really it's so frustrating and I feel like to block my card due to poor customer service.
