@ihailmyindia Most non-veg food in India is full of oil and fried. Plus the overload of carb alongwith the meat just takes away all the nutrition value of the meat.
Grilled meat, eggs, fish, tofu etc is mandatory for a prime athelete. Yogurt/ghee is also good.
