Our Leadership Programme for future transport leaders met in Newcastle today.

The group heard from Heidi Mottram, CEO of Northumbrian Water, on her personal leadership journey.

Next stop: London in March, where the group will focus on operating in a political environment.

@PackedLunchC4 I love the show and watch it every day. I love the banter and chat and the lunch mates and the fact it's in Leeds.. and the big poo review definitely helped me as well as having lots of genuine real conversations. So gutted it is being axed.
