@makemytripcare no refund received till now as Per DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (Section 3, Series M Part IV), a 100% refund must be processed to the original payment mode within 15 working days. That going to be completed today EOD as ticket cancelled 1st June 26 @DGCAIndia

@MoCA_GoI @flyspicejet is saying they have refunded the money yesterday to @makemytripcare and when I reached out to MMT they are saying it will take another 7-10 days since my another flight booking from DXN to BlR is also cancelled by other airline my 80000INR is stucked without ticket.

@flyspicejet Thanks for acknowledgement it's already 10 calendar days since refund is requested not sure why refund process so lethargic additionally @flyspicejet and @makemytripcare is putting penalty rather than paying additional amount to customer for their failure .
