Year 10's had a special treat today when they visited Wallings Ice Cream at Cockerham, Peter Walling gave the students an informative talk about Food Provenance and the process of making ice cream, they also had a guided tour.

Year 11 F,P & N students had the privilege of catering for the opening of the 'John Armfield Sports Hall' yesterday. They did a fantastic job, well done.
T4 has been busy today as Mrs Rossall said goodbye to her year 11's. F,P & N students made their own breakfasts focussing on the food science, heat transference and nutrition of their meals. Form K7 enjoyed their final form time with the usual Thursday UNO. Good luck to you all.
Year 11's are learning vegetarian protein options. Today, they have made their own Tofu. It was a long process, but we got there in the end. Pop back tomorrow to see what they make with it. 1/2
