The guy next to me called over an election worker because his ballot didn't include the LA mayoral race

The worker checked and told him it was because his registered address was in Malibu, which is outside the City of LA

The guy then asked if he could provide another address

To my surprise, the answer was yes

So he gave the worker an LA address, they voided his previous ballot, issued a new one, and suddenly he was able to vote for the mayor of LA

BREAKING: Enoch Burke’s mother and sister arrested and jailed

Martina and Ammi Burke were arrested by Gardaí today at Castlerea Prison after visiting jailed schoolteacher Enoch Burke, their son and brother.

Judge Brian Cregan sentenced them to two weeks in prison after they spoke out against his lies and unlawful actions in the case of Enoch Burke.

Martina and Ammi Burke had been teaching in Castlebar this morning before travelling to Castlerea for their scheduled visit at 2.15pm.

As they left the prison after concluding the visit, Gardaí were waiting outside to arrest them.

Lies have been told from the bench since September 2022 when Enoch Burke was first taken from his teaching post at Wilson’s Hospital School and thrown into a jail cell.

He refused to call a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun. He was subsequently suspended and has now spent over 600 days in prison.

Ireland’s church leaders have maintained a treacherous silence on this issue. Archbishops Eamon Martin and John McDowell speak frequently about battlefields far away - Gaza, Ukraine, the Middle East - but are silent on the battlefields in the schools of Ireland, on their own doorstep. Children in the classroom are being educated in every form of sexual perversion.

Martina and Ammi Burke have now been sent to Mountjoy Women’s Prison because they refused to be silent in the face of gross injustice from the bench.

Parents, rise up and speak out for your sons and your daughters.

She's measuring the wrong variable.

Time spent with your kids is not what raises them. The research is clear. Judith Rich Harris laid it out decades ago. Peer socialization is the dominant force in child development. Not parental attention. Not "quality time." The peer group does the work.

And nine kids creates something most modern families cannot buy. A stratified age group under one roof. Older siblings teaching younger ones conflict resolution, social hierarchy, cooperation. Kids learning to negotiate with people 2, 5, 8 years ahead of them. This is how humans raised children for 200,000 years. Mixed-age groups figuring it out together while adults handled adult problems. The tribe did the heavy lifting.

The modern obsession with "adequate time and attention" per child is a broken framework. Two parents hovering over one or two kids produces anxious, poorly socialized children who never had to negotiate with a real peer group. The parenting debates themselves cause the community destruction that actually damages children.

Nine siblings is a tribe. The tribe is what raises children. Always has been.

Carrie Prejean Boller has been removed from President Trump’s Religious Liberty Commission. No member of the Commission has the right to hijack a hearing for their own personal and political agenda on any issue. This is clearly, without question, what happened Monday in our hearing on antisemitism in America. This was my decision.

The Commission has done outstanding work through five hearings. Two more are scheduled. The testimony has been both illuminating and heartbreaking. Under the Biden Administration, Americans of all faiths had their religious liberty not only stolen from them but were often punished for standing up for their faith, in education, the military, the private sector, and even the ministry.

This spring, the Commission will deliver one of the most important reports in American history directly to the President.

The President respects all faiths. He believes that all Americans have a right to receive the great inheritance given to them by our founding fathers in the First Amendment.

I am grateful to President Trump for having the vision and boldness to create this Commission. Fighting for the Word of God and religious freedom is what this nation was founded upon. Leading this fight will be one of his greatest legacies.
