So DPD call me and it turns out my parcel was delivered to a house 0.2 miles away. How does that even happen?!
The house icon is my garden and the parcel icon is where it was delivered.
The people who live there have taken it and not returned it to me and won’t answer the door!

@DPDgroup_news deliver my @amazon parcel today to my safe place - my shed in my garden. I even put a note to confirm which gate it is.

DPD - “we have left your parcel in a safe place”

Me - “THIS ISN’T MY GARDEN”

(It’s not even any of my neighbours gardens so where TF is it?!)

Ok full disclosure @ItchPet have got in touch to say they are sorry and refunded me for the other packs as gesture of goodwill. Fingers crossed that happens! I will say their customer service is excellent!

I thought @ItchPet seemed such a cool company. I even gave them a chance when half my pack didn’t arrive. I even stayed with them when they sent a replacement saying I had some free stuff now but the original pack still never came. 1/3

That was it and I had to cancel @ItchPet. Good customer service could no longer save you. It’s been another two weeks and guess what… they took my money again after saying they had cancelled my plan, and I STILL don’t have that refund.
