Returned to the center, staff was dismissive. After keeping it for a week with zero communication and no backup phone, they now claim the motherboard is dead and want ₹33,000 to fix an issue caused by THEIR update! @OnePlusSupport (2/3)

Grave injustice by @OnePlus_IN. A routine update caused my spotless #OnePlus12 (₹65k) to overheat & auto-restart. Submitted it to the service center, where they claimed they fixed a "software glitch." They didn't even open the phone. The issue immediately returned. 🧵 (1/3)
