I critisize mine a lot. we learned from trying to systematically erase a minority culture here, and apologised and made sure it does not happen again. I strongly agree that all rich countries should give more to poorer ones. It should not include giving up infrastruct

Africa especially is in a vulnerable place because of all the corruption and bad economies. China, like the US have before, take advantage of that.

If that is not modern day imperialism, i dont know what is. belt and road initiative, not all bliss.
