Switching from AT&T to T-Mobile was the worst decision ever. Got a Sam’s Club deal for 4 lines @ $100 + trade-ins. T-Mobile botched the device delivery, missed the promo, and messed up IMEIs. Dozens of calls later, still no fix. Hours wasted. No resolution. @TMobile, do better.

I ordered internet on Nov 26 cauz your site said it was available. After waiting until Dec 5, the installer showed up but said an issue needed resolving. No updates since. Today, Dec 28, another tech came and said nothing’s changed. Beyond frustrated.

Still waiting on a refund for the air tickets(Priceline trip#35824567338) since March 😒.

Sad part is no one knows what’s happening there. @airindiain asks me to reach @priceline and round and round and rounds.
