We issue this urgent distress call and demand immediate intervention regarding escalating atrocities, public humiliations, torture, and targeted violence occurring in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Graphic visual evidence and continuous ground reports confirm that civilian populations,including mothers and sisters,are facing horrific public abuses and grave physical endangerment while accountability remains absent.

📌We urgently call upon international human rights bodies and monitors to:
🔖Investigate Immediately: Rapidly deploy independent investigators to review documented video evidence and verify ongoing abuses, public torture, and degrading treatment on the ground.

🔖Demand Civilian Protection: Press regional and state authorities to halt all forms of violence, mistreatment, and identity-based targeting against vulnerable civilians.

🔖Ensure Accountability:** Enforce international pressure to guarantee that perpetrators of public violence, humiliation, and human rights violations face justice.

The global community cannot remain silent while innocent lives face continuous peril. Immediate action is required.
