It’s been just over one week since the official launch of Halloween: The Game, and we can't thank you enough for your excitement, passion, and thoughtful feedback.

We built our asymmetrical horror sandbox with this passionate, engaged community in mind, and we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge some of the issues players have been experiencing, provide status updates on fixes, and briefly discuss what’s coming up next for Halloween: The Game.

Just hours after the official release of Halloween: The Game, we're thrilled to welcome over 500,000 new residents to Haddonfield!

Thanks to everyone who's already jumped in and started slashing (or saving) the people of this once quiet, peaceful town.

Launch is only the beginning of the Boogeyman's journey...

Thanks to all the players who have joined us in Haddonfield so far during our Early Access launch for Halloween: The Game.

Earlier today, our team deployed fixes for singleplayer challenges and VOIP and continues to monitor player feedback.

Later tomorrow, we'll be pushing an update that introduces additional fixes for various crashes, an issue preventing Michael's downed minigame from displaying as intended, and game resolution not displaying correctly on Xbox Series S while in Performance Mode.

Players can also look forward to our Day One Patch on 9/8/2026, which will bring further fixes and improvements. We're just getting started.
