I ordered a OnePlus 12 Pro from Amazon Prime, sold by Darshita Electronics, on June 30. The delivery date was set for July 1 between 8 AM and 12 PM. By 11 AM, with no sign of the phone, I contacted Amazon customer service. They tried reaching the delivery agent but couldn't get through. They reassured me the phone would arrive by noon.
At 12 PM, the delivery was marked as "customer not reachable" without any attempt to contact me or visit my address. I called Amazon again, and an agent named Kumar apologized and assured me the phone would arrive by 1 PM. When it didn't, I called again and spoke to Anita, who escalated the matter, promising delivery by the end of the day. In the afternoon, I spoke to Pranit, who also escalated the issue. Despite these assurances, Amazon canceled the order in the evening.
