Misschien moet er volgende keer gewoon een vak komen op het stembiljet waarin mensen kunnen schrijven waarom ze voor een bepaalde kandidaat stemmen.

Dan zijn we ineens verlost van al die expert “analyses” en opinies over waarom het resultaat zus of zo is.

België en Europa moeten lessen trekken uit de Amerikaanse verkiezingen: ofwel ga je zorgen van gewone mensen ernstig nemen (inflatie, immigratie, veiligheid) ofwel bouw je er een muur rond van "high moral ground" en gaan minder gepolijste en ethische politici het ooit overnemen.

@jdceulaer Ik begrijp het punt, maar die verkozenen hebben toch ook de mogelijkheid om het oordeel van de leden naast zich neer te leggen? En u heeft vervolgens toch ook de mogelijkheid om die verkozenen die het oordeel van hun leden volgden weg te stemmen?

@WimVanhaecke Het probleem van de HLN stemtest is dat je geen toelichting kan geven. Hier zou ik ook eerder akkoord antwoorden als het gaat over nieuwe open ruimte aansnijden. Maar tegelijk kan je wel voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen (meer bouwlagen, …) in centrum zijn.

We thought it was remarkable that even in a relatively young and well-functioning cohort of Fontan patients, the myocardium was already that stiff.

Future work should now determine the relationship of myocardial stiffness in Fontan to invasive pressures and outcome.
