I urgently need a human technical review.

Here is what happened:

• On June 16, I was unexpectedly logged out of WhatsApp on both of my iPhones at the same time, without taking any action myself.

• When I logged back in, WhatsApp no longer recognized my recent chat history and only offered me an old backup.

• Apple confirms that 9.6 GB of WhatsApp data are stored in iCloud and can be synchronized across devices.

• However, WhatsApp only detects a 5.86 GB backup from July 2023.

• Since then, I have opened 6–7 WhatsApp support tickets, but they have all been automatically closed without any human technical investigation.

• I am also a Meta Verified subscriber, yet the “contact an agent” option only redirects me to an automated assistant that keeps repeating the same generic answers.

I am not asking anyone to access my encrypted messages. I am asking for a human technical investigation into why Apple reports 9.6 GB of WhatsApp data in iCloud while WhatsApp itself can only detect a 5.86 GB backup.

I can provide screenshots, ticket numbers, and every technical detail needed.

Please help escalate this issue to a real engineer.

People talking about money might be forgetting that MHJ is no longer in charge of management. The girls were handsomely paid (and deservedly so) under MHJ’s leadership,around $5 million USD each,but that was only because it was MHJ.
