But, the administration demolished a cowshed being used as a dairy farm, operated by wife and relatives of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, on land belonging to the Flood Control Department.

According to officials, a notice had been served to the occupants, directing them to vacate the government land before the demolition action was initiated.

Since the occupants did not respond to the notice and failed to vacate the land, the administration proceeded with the demolition as per the prescribed procedure. (2/3)
