Terrible customer service no way one can connect to a human in ufone. Bot is agonizingly slow, three agents changed during live chat.

Shame for ufone 5G. Package ke rates increase karny kinbht zyd jaldi hoti hai. But service aur internet ki quality ki koi baat nahe.
