Let me tell you that I have completed a comparison of my city AVA's design with that of nine artificial islands worldwide. This was an experiment I conducted in May of last year, 2024. It was useful as it gave me a clearer understanding of how I designed this city.

Let me tell you, and I won't repeat it, that what I designed in January of the beginning of the year 2023 is my design for my 11th book, which is titled Real-World VR. I wanted to show the world how I designed 100 skyscrapers in 100 actual locations in the world's cities.

Let me explain to you what I designed on October 7, 2013, the One-Mile Tower. My architectural idea seemed to be to place it in 15 civilized cities, comparing them with each other in terms of embracing this tower in a distinct location in each town. [email protected]

My “AVA City" which I began creating on August 16, 2004, was square-shaped, then I transformed on March 03, 2018, into the shape of a parallelogram covering the area of 5 × 5 km and divided into grids of 100 x 100 m long each. [email protected]

Tower 357 - I started with a single fixed tower and today, the tower is a hotel with detached capsules, each capsule goes in a different direction, but two of them can meet a certain point. The main capsule remains fixed at all times as it is the central place for accommodations.
