The 9-1-1 Principle: How can we know for sure when our client has a genuine emergency? Simply ask, "Is this issue a 9-1-1?" If they say yes, move on it right away. We've found that 9 times out of 10 it’s not a true 9-1-1. An easy way to determine what's truly an urgent need!
