OLA is a scam. Asking same thing for months. They have my vehicles for months and they do not service nor reply to any of my emails, X msgs or app complaints

You did not do anything you only closed the ticket. I don't even know where my scooter is. I have not received any call and you closed the ticket. So now, I am unable to create a ticket on Ola app because it asks me to provide location

@MohdFarjan10 @OlaElectric @bhash 6 days is nothing for them. They usually take 6 months and wait for you warranty and ola care plus to expire and then they will start responding again.

@bhash @OlaElectric Can not even repair my vehicle since I bought it. Selling defective products & charge money for your mistakes. Even scammed money illegally for the services. Vehicle is mostly dead half a year every year. Currenlty not working since July 2025 & and eating dust at service center.

@OlaElectric Scammers. Even after purchading extra Ola care plus plan they ask me to bring the dead vehicle to the service center. This is going on for the last 6 months. They do not want to service the vehicle.
