But never forget the bigger picture.
This dunya is temporary. The Hereafter is forever.

One day, the things that seem so important now won't matter anymore.

Your wealth, appearance, status, and possessions will all be left behind.

What will remain is what you sent ahead for the Hereafter.

The goal isn't to completely abandon the dunya.

It's to keep it in your hands without allowing it to take over your heart.

Work for this life, but prepare for the next.

Enjoy the blessings Allah has given you.

But remember who gave them to you.

Use what you have in a way that brings you closer to Him, not further away from Him.

Don't let money become more important than your prayers.

Don't let your goals make you forget Allah.

Don't let your desire for success make you compromise your deen.

Sometimes, we spend so much time building a life here that we forget to prepare for the life that comes after it.

We worry about our future in this world, but rarely think about our future in the Hereafter.

Allah says:

وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ
"And the life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion." {Qur'an 3:185}

This world is temporary.

The things you're chasing today won't last forever.

One day, you'll leave all of it behind.

There's nothing wrong with wanting a good life.

You can work hard, build a career, make money, get married, travel, and have dreams.

But don't let the pursuit of these things make you forget why you're here.

Don't Let This World Distract You From the Hereafter.

It's easy to get caught up in this life.

Money, success, relationships, possessions, and the things we see other people enjoying can slowly become our biggest concerns.

Don't give up on a dua just because the answer hasn't come yet.

What if the thing you're praying for is closer than you think?

So when you feel like giving up on your dua, remember:

Allah heard you the first time.

Keep asking, keep trusting and keep believing.

Sometimes, you may make the same dua for months or even years.

Keep asking.
The delay doesn't mean Allah isn't listening.

And don't only make dua when things are difficult.

Make dua when you're happy.
Make dua when everything is going well.

Keep that connection with Allah in every situation.

You don't need perfect words.

Just speak to Allah sincerely.

Tell Him what you're worried about.
Tell Him what you're hoping for.
Ask Him for what your heart desires.

Think about how powerful that is.

The One who created you is telling you to call upon Him.

So why would you ever think your dua is too small, too late, or not worth making?

Allah says:

وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
"And your Lord says, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you." {Qur'an 40:60}

Sometimes, the answer comes exactly how you asked for it.

Sometimes, it comes differently.

And sometimes, Allah protects you from something through the du'a you made.
