Found tracking on https://t.co/VvmizWi8W2 & watched bus go completely off route & miss out where I was. Was going to medical appointment so had to get taxi. Has the bus changed route permanently?

@FirstWestYorks please can you confirm what time the number 9 to white cross via Pudsey should be at stop 45013192. Timetable and first bus app says 9.41 but wymetro and the display is showing roughly 10.09

@FirstWestYorks please will you remind the 50a bus drivers from Horsforth that they go via the railway station and along low lane. Yet again I've been waiting, the tracking showing almost with me then skipping stops ahead. As you can see no bus.

@FirstWestYorks Why isn't the 50a going along low lane in Horsforth please? Travel information says it is but I was waiting at Springfield Mount stop, following tracking and obviously went 50 route. Aware there are roadworks near station but bus diverted down lister hill
