@AmericanAir We would be fine if we could catch a flight to mobile by Tuesday night. However we have been told there were flights and then there were not flights in the same sentence from customer service.

@AmericanAir Also we all had booked an earlier flight at 7 am FIVE MONTHS ago that would have given us plenty of time to make it home. But you changed it last minute to 3 pm this afternoon when most of the Dallas thunderstorms occur.

@AmericanAir Our flight number is 3605 from Dallas Fort Worth to mobile is the issue.We are traveling with half of the passengers on that flight, but can’t get a plane held or a flight to mobile the next day. You have really messed up so many people and your customer service has been 0 help.
