Just spoke a guy trying to sell his home in Las Vegas by himself for $1.1mil. It’s really worth $650k. He said “trying to fish for people moving from the California fires and hoping someone bites.” Sad to think of taking advantage of the situation + no one will bite!
In the last two days I’ve had numerous people reach out and let me know they have friends moving soon to Las Vegas and that they are putting them in touch with me to help find a home. Couldn’t be more appreciative, and looking forward to making it the best experience for them.
He was awesome and a hard worker and I appreciated his effort. He ultimately helped both parties get what they wanted and that’s what matters at the end of the day.
We hit it off, and he ended up going above and beyond—not only completing the repairs faster but also doing some additional work to make sure everything would pass inspection without any issues.
The contractor who came out for the job only spoke Spanish and was originally from Mexico. To keep things moving, I went out to the property myself, sweet talked through everything with him in Spanish and made sure he understood exactly what needed to be done to help us out.
A recent client of mine found themselves in a rough spot while selling their home. There were construction claims in the community, and even though an engineer cleared everything, the buyer still wanted an additional inspection and repairs done before moving forward.
Excited to announce I’ll be visiting Charleston in September as a guest at Holy City Salsa Anniversary weekend event. Teaching a salsa partner-work class and dancing Friday and Saturday night! Honored to be featured and looking forward to reuniting with the community.
If we haven't met yet, my name is Josh and I am real estate agent and active duty Air Force. How do I do both? A time machine.
I have had my real estate license since 2021 and absolutely love helping people with buying/selling/investing!
There will not be a housing market crash. The crash is defined as house prices falling significantly, typically more than 20%. We have a supply issue. People still need homes. Prices are staying and in fact many places are rising.
