If @RandPaul actually wants to break this open, here’s the established path:

Congress can apply to a federal district court for an immunity order under 18 U.S.C. §§ 6002–6005, with the Attorney General’s approval. Once the court issues the order, Fauci can be compelled to testify.

That order grants him use and derivative use immunity — meaning his compelled testimony, and any evidence derived from it, cannot be used against him in a federal or state criminal case. Give him full transactional immunity so there is no contestation.

If he still refuses to answer after the order is in place, the committee can move for civil contempt. He can be jailed until he complies.

This approach does not require the DOJ to weaken the Fifth Amendment. It uses the existing statutory process. Fauci is forced to talk, the record is made under oath, and anyone he names — including financial or institutional partners — can still be investigated and prosecuted on independent evidence.
That’s the cleanest way to compel the testimony without destroying the constitutional protection.

For every Covid-vaccinated person who dies from any cause, and every patient who has an illness of any sort, from cancer to eye disorders to mental issues or a cold, their cause of death and the illnesses should be reported to a database along with their Covid vaccine status and dates, etc.
This reporting would only be possible if medical personnel ask the question. Of course, they don't. And nobody in authority has instructed them to do so, let alone made it mandatory.
This process is not novel. It's basic data-gathering 101. It's the long-established process to identify previously unknown adverse events, and ultimately avoid future injuries, as well as diagnose others and develop treatments.
It's arguably more important than ever with a novel vaccine and never-before-used technology.
It's really almost unbelievable that we still refuse to do the basic necessary data-gathering to understand the range of side effects short- and long-term from Covid vaccines.
How many people could have been helped if we were following the established scientific process? What is it we are missing, or only able to speculate about, because nobody is gathering the evidence?

Pacific Ocean, early 1400s. A trading junk goes down off Palawan in the Philippines. It stays on the bottom for 500 years.

In 1993, a pearl diver finds it. Divers pull up 4,722 artifacts. Ming porcelain, bronze cannons, Chinese coins struck between 1403 and 1424. And 21 grinding stones. The official catalog calls them sharpening stones. Researchers who handled them said manos and metates, the corn-grinding stones of Mexico. Nobody agreed and the story went quiet.

Chinese coins. Asian waters. Stones some researchers swear came from Mexico. Columbus is still decades away. History is compressed and censored and memory-holed, but you never see anyone talk about this.

I remember being taught that Asia and the Americas never ever touched. One land bridge during the last ice age, then the Pacific becomes a wall until 1492.

But around 1500 BC, at the exact moment the Shang dynasty is working jade and writing on oracle bones, the Olmec civilization somehow rises out of nothing on the Gulf Coast. Jade, for the first time. Writing, for the first time. Kingship, for the first time. Everything all at once.

No local evolution led up to it. But statues show men with pointy beards in clothing that doesn't quite look Mesoamerican. Seems the Olmecs and the Shang worshipped the same exact cleft-headed god. And over 80 petroglyphs across the Southwest match Shang oracle bone script.

Also turns out there's a bit of Chinese DNA in the Maya of the Yucatan, as well as the people of Nayarit. Chihuahuas carry DNA from the miniature court dogs of imperial China. Asiatic chickens were already in Mexico when the Spanish landed, being used for divination, same as in China. The Maya word for chicken is ki or chi. The Chinese word is ji (sounds exactly the same). The Chinese rose was growing on Mexico's west coast before any European ship logged a position. And the people of Nayarit still tell of ships as big as houses that came centuries before the Europeans. Bigger than the European ships.

In 1405 the Ming emperor built the Treasure Fleet. 317 ships. 27,000+ men. Flagship 400 feet long, five times anything Columbus would sail nearly a century later. It went on seven voyages.

Which brings me back to the junk on the ocean floor.

Standard objection has always been if they came, where's the wheel? ok fine, but Mesoamericans had the wheel. Archaeologists dug up figurines. Tiny clay animals on wheels. Toys for kids.

And toys imitate what adults use. Try naming one practical thing that exists in toy form that doesn't exist in the real world. Maybe they saw it work, but the working version was kept from them.

What if the Chinese reached Mexico? What would've been the terms of the visit? Somebody crossed with huge ships and pets and plants and stayed long enough to leave DNA on both coasts, long enough for their chicken to keep its Chinese name in a Mayan mouth.

What if Americas were never sealed off? What if the peoples of the East walked and sailed into our hemisphere, wave after wave, long before any flag was planted?

Some day, sooner than later, a certain government is going to go digging in its 'archives' and come up with some sort of theory. A forgotten voyage, an old gift, a tribute list. And they're going to wave it around like a deed. A long dead dynasty's map turned into a dotted line around our ocean, our hemisphere, and a story that started out for schoolchildren ends up a claim on land that was never theirs.

So maybe the Chinese reached Mexico. But a visit is not a title, and gifts are not deeds. A sunken ship just proves somebody came. And that's all it proves. So when they start reading from the archives, remember the junk.

Therapists are creating a mental health crisis by actively encouraging patients to cut off their families.

Secure elections should not be a partisan issue that divides Americans.

Having listened to Trump's speech, none of the ppl who have been on the journey of uncovering the CIA and their nefarious activities were surprised by anything he said. I'd like to point out a few very important things:
1) the documents Trump declassified will expedite everything happening in the grand juries in Ft Pierce because the fact that they were classified draws out the timeline exponentially and that isn't a small thing.
2) he mentioned that the intel agencies, journalists, large US corporations, unions, etc were all involved with the US government and China as early as 2018 in interfering in elections, creating negative stories and undermining Trump...that is TREASON.
3) he specifically called out Obama's involvement in all of it.
4) he confirmed that everyone that was involved in challenging the 2020 election, showed up in DC on 1/6 were all RIGHT.
5) he noted that the FBI, DHS, CIA and other government agencies worked to coup the country
6) they systematically, overtly, and consistently worked to hide critical intelligence from the president and that is TREASON.
7) he noted the FBI put critical intel and proof of election interference in burn bags to destroy the evidence.
8) he noted the CIA sat on information confirming the election systems were compromised and overtly hid it
9) he noted the on-going cover up of the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the government is being hidden by NBC and ABC.
10) by notifying the state governments that there election data is compromised he will force them to take action OR they will be guilty of conducting known fraudulent elections.
11) the FBI discovered that China was manufacturing ballots for Biden and they covered it up
12) the CIA is required to inform the Congress and they didn't and instead signed documents stating it was the most secure election in history
13) over 250,000 non citizens are registered to vote in the US.

While many ppl will say we knew all of this already, this wasn't for those who knew all of this...it was to ensure the legal system can use declassified documents to expedite what will begin to occur tomorrow: accountability. It will provide the impetus to make drastic changes to the election process in the US. It now publicly forces Congress to act.

My caution: This requires the same organizations (DHS, CIA, FBI, etc) that committed treason to launch investigation of there own organizations which from my experience inside government never works.

It's my opinion we have moved to another phase of the operation. The speed will increase exponentially.
