@express after 4 hrs on phone yesterday dealing w my pkg marked delivered but I did not receive from ups I was told by express too bad lady we won’t even do anything until 3 business days.i speak to ups eventually who say YOU needed to call
Called @express AGAIN this an and now this nasty supervisor is saying tough crap lady now you wait 13 days bc it says delivered. EVEN THOUGH UPS IS SAYING THEY SEE AND YOU AS SHIPPER CAN SEE IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND WAS DELIVERED TO A WRONG ADDRESS . This is pure fraud

@express you delivered my package elsewhere and gave ZERO proof of where bc ups handed it off and your agents are doing ZERO other than telling me wait and see. This is FRAUD to take my money and not deliver goods. And expect me to wait days after it says DELIVERED just NOT TO ME
@express telling me that I need to wait 3 days or I can contact the shipper myself is BEYOND inappropriate treatment to the consumer and I won’t accept you charging me and not delivering items. That’s between you and your delivery people. I will go to BBB and will NOT be paying

Your escalation supervisor telling me my issue is not an escalation issue was condescending an out of line considering the representative prior was telling me the room I booked was enclosed, which wasn’t disclosed but enclosed because water will be coming in
@CruiseNorwegian you have got some of the rudest most misinformed representatives I have ever dealt with. All because of your miss advertising or lack of disclosure on balcony rooms, which is fraud to begin with. Such a disappointment, and you are now losing 6 clients
