Dutch smashers: Is there an interest in trying out an NTSC tournament in Rotterdam? I could run an AFK tournament (40 man max) with a NTSC1.02+UCF0.73 from a memory card easily. I want to do it mostly to see how people react to it after playing a whole day on it.
