Can confirm: after losing all fitness, the second day back running feels just like the day after racing the #BostonMarathon. This is exciting news for beginners because 1) you can know what running Boston feels like and 2) it really doesn’t ever get worse than day two.
World Athletics announces that the Paris Diamond League - originally in July and rescheduled for Sept 6 - has been CANCELED.
