I bought a Computer two days ago that is supposed to be delivered today & there's still no confirmation email, so no tracking #, no confirmation # to use to check up on it - or if I even really "purchased" it! What a mess! Disconnected lines, dead links & malfunct' texts

@Dell Guys, your whole purchasing experience has fallen apart. I know it's busy season, I know you've probably cut staff like all the other big companies, but you are just not able to follow through and it's APPALLING!

@bmschw @Kanopy 3/3 So, It's either pressure from above / a COMPLETE lack of empathy/understanding of our position to ask 5 tix per lecture. They MUST be trying to discourage usage, limit traffic & shine up the place for a sale.
Or maybe I've always been wrong about them and they're just cruel.

@bmschw @Kanopy That being said, YOU'RE RIGHT! Why over complicate a service that does a LOT of work to help kids and people looking to better themselves?
I use them mostly for Great Courses Lectures which just jumped from No Credits to 5 tix per each episode of a 12 - 48 lecture course!!? 2/3

@bmschw @Kanopy Clearly they're getting pressure from different rights holders they have to contract with and a recent release is going to cost them more than something in the public domain - and the "streaming wars" are just gonna make competing harder. 1/3

@Kanopy "Tickets" have, without warning, GUTTED my Kanopy experience.
There are many reasons to love Kanopy, but I *depend* on them for Great Courses. Even the generous 50tix doesn't get you through the shortest (12ep) of their courses in a month @ 5 tix per each 1/2 hr segment.
