Hi @SennheiserIndia , I had purchased Sennheiser CX-275 a year back, having technical trouble(still in warranty). Your officials at Gurgaon office told they don't have this model now, so will not replace. I had heard Sennheiser is customer oriented org, was it just a myth??

@cmohry @zaffar_a Dear @cmohry @mlkhattar CM Haryana Sir and @DC_Gurugram Sir, Blue Bells Public School, Sector-10, Gurgaon, Haryana is charging incremented tuition fee, although city is lockdown since end of march. They had charged fee for April month also (including activity fee).

Dear Blue Bells Public School team, regret to say you aren't following Dear CM sir's advise, because you have not only incremented the tuition fee, but also charging Activity and Other Charges too.
