@VirginAustralia On 26th Feb 2026 I missed my flight VA703 to Perth as my boarding pass did not indicate the Terminal. I was new to Melbourne. I had to buy a new ticket which is totally unfair. @VirginAustralia you are responsible for me missing the flight, please compensate me.

@VirginAustralia I missed my flight Melb-Perth because my boarding pass only indicated a gate no. without the terminal no. I was new to Mel airport I saw a board that indicated T1 Domestic T2 International, so I went to Gate no. at T1. I had to buy a new ticket. Totally unfair!
