Only one payment reached @ZeptoNow, 2nd one (Ref: 100959307070) still not refunded.
Your team says “bank-to-bank” — not acceptable.

@ZeptoNow @MobiKwik I was charged ₹533.45 twice for one order on 12 July. Both UPI transactions succeeded. Zepto says payment not received, MobiKwik says success. No refund yet
