My refund has been delayed by 17 months now. Everytime I call you say it will be refunded back in 1 week. @airindiain how many more thousands time I need to tag you here and call. Feeling so ashamed to have a airline carrier like you in India. Is this Athithi Devo bhava values ?

Hi @Ratantata2001 when would @airindiain refund my money as they are holding for more than 2 years now. I feel extremely embarrassed that @airindiain belongs to India as they are harassing me for more than 2 years now. Holding around 3 lakh and putting me in depression.

@PMOIndia Sir air India is saying they have refunded money to my account but I haven’t received any money. I am waiting for refund from last 13 months. I am Australian with Indian background and it’s very heart breaking to see my own people doing it Please help sir @airindiain

@airindiain Now it’s been a more than one year. As per your policy refunds are transferred within 3 weeks but now it’s been 1 year for one refund and 6 months for another. How long I need to wait more. Qantas, Qatar and Srilanakan airlines has refunded within weeks.
