@XFreeze@elonmusk I use Grok several times per day. Rather than having a variety of voices and enhanced naturalness, I'd rather just have it be more factually correct. I ask for help to solve some problems and it is rarely helpful.
Joe Biden, fresh off giving many more billions to Ukraine, says there is nothing more his government can do to help the people of Tennessee, North and South Carolina. Unacceptable.
The weather channels did a horrible job with this hurricane. Where I live it was totally overhyped. Where others lived it was under-hyped. They had the Hurricane hitting Tallahassee until an hour before it hit way east of there. They refused to move their model while almost all models had it hitting the correct area for most the day.
(Overhyped)
How bad they got it wrong where I live ...
They were showing me getting pounded in the outer-band for most of the day with these yellow and dark red storms on their radar hammering me the entire day - even tornado warnings.
Reailty: there was zero thunder, lightening, or storms all day. NONE.
They also showed big wind gust all day with their model and I'd be on the edge of hurricane force winds and tropical force winds during landfall.
Reality: The wind didn't hardly blow all day and later that night I had maybe a 30mph gust or two.
(Under-hyped) rain amounts
The main thing they got wrong was the rain levels.
They predicted 6 inches of rain where I live - we had to have gotten 24 inches or much more. We had 6 inches before I even woke up.
I was telling people this all day. That their rain levels weren't even close. The reason I knew is because I was actually here. Literally, where I live, nothing they said was happening, happened.
In the end, the unbelievable amounts of rain in this storm is what caused almost all the damage in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Wind blew many trees down but the destruction was caused by water.
Basically, they spent days in my area (where no models were showing it hitting) where nothing happened and not enough time warning the inland states on the amount of rain this storm was actually carrying and warning people to leave those areas like they did storm surge areas of Florida.
Want some optimism for a change?
Something big is happening and it feels like the universe trying to correct its own mistakes.
The surge of creativity I've seen in the past week is next level. I've never seen anything like this.
It seems to me that Trump supporters collectively decided to drag Trump over the finish line to victory.
It's no longer a want.
It's a decision.
Case in point..
