12-year old Danny just gave me a detailed lesson on hurling, one of the popular sports in Ireland. Danny plays right forward, though he’s holding a goalkeeper hurley. The ball is called a sliotar.

Apparently all the boys in Kilkenny show up to school with their hurling gear.
