@AskCapitalOne @FDICgov @BBB @CapitalOne 48 hours & there is no access to any buisness accounts. I am unable to pay employees, recieve payments, anything at all. How is this ok? People are struggling enough these days to make enough money to survive & now you deny access to the money they have?

@British_Airways You lost my luggage for 13 days & have given me the run around for 2 months now to get a letter so I can claim it under my extra insurance. Worst airline I have ever dealt with... You lost 13 people's golf clubs on that single flight! #WorstCustomerService
