Days of back and forth with @LinkedIn support and not one agent reads the notes from the last. Every reply starts from zero.
They gave me a "priority" case number that doesn't even exist in my inbox and couldn't tell me what email it was sent to!!
Meanwhile, account restricted, all access blocked, premium subscription still charging. Funny how the access breaks but the billing never does.
This is heading to the @FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.

This is just getting worse. You claimed to open a case and gave me a number that doesn't exist on my end, and when I asked one simple question: what email it was sent to you couldn't answer it. This is an example of the level of customer service I'm dealing with...
I don't need more apologies. I need that one answer, or a transfer to someone who can give it.

Since my last post, @LinkedIn support has shown a miserable level of efficiency. Every agent starts from zero. no one reads the previous notes, so I keep looping through the same dead end.
Is there a single senior support agent there who can handle a basic request? Restricting my account while keeping my paid subscription active is not acceptable.

LinkedIn locked me out of my account then kept charging my subscription. Their fix? "Just log in to resolve it." I can't log in. That's the whole problem.
